The WiFi speed varies depending on the property type as well as the country infrastructure however on the whole, it is faster than the speed typically found at hotels and hostels. The average WiFi speed for Selina Europe is 100MB, for Selina North America 100MB, for Selina Central America about 50 MB, and for Selina South America 50MB.

• Frequent disinfection of high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, tables, and remote controls
  
  
• Toilets, faucets, and sinks undergo deep disinfection 5 times a day
  
  
• We have increased spacing between hot desks and dedicated desks
  
  
• We’ve provided cleaning materials for guests to use at their personal desks
  
  
• We encourage our coworkers to bring their own plates and cups however if this is not possible, we are currently using disposable, recyclable cutlery, plates, and cups
  
  

Like with other common areas at Selina, our cowork spaces close at 11 pm. We may be able to make exceptions depending on our security staff however it is best to contact your upcoming destination via our chat or their Facebook page to see how we can best accommodate your needs.

CoLive is a monthly subscription that suits any length of stay, for a minimum of 30 days. You’ll pay the same fixed rate every month and in return, you’ll have access to beautiful accommodation and all other on-site benefits you are eligible for. Cancelations should be made 7 days before your monthly renewal (as opposed to the first day of a new month). Please check your booking confirmation for your specific monthly renewal date.

In general, our storage spaces are big enough to fit everything you’ll need to comfortably live, work, and explore. Please note: luggage storage in our community rooms is a common area, so storage space will depend on the current occupancy.

Every Selina provides free luggage storage for the first 24 hours after check-out however some destinations may charge an extra fee for every day after those first 24 hours. Our common kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to prep meals and feel at home. This includes silverware, cutlery, pots, pans, a stove, and more!

1 CoLive package accommodates 1 person. To add an additional CoLive member to your package you will be charged an additional 25% of the original price. The additional member will share your private room and will also receive all on-site benefits available to our CoLive community. Guests staying in private rooms are able to invite visitors to stay up to 7 nights per month. The additional guest will receive accommodation only and will not receive additional benefits such as Co-Work, Wellness, etc. Please note: The number of occupants can not exceed the room types’ occupancy limitation as shown on the booking page (e.g. Micro Room 2-person capacity, Standard room 2-person capacity etc).

If you modify your booking 48 hours prior to your designated check-in date, you will not be charged. To modify your reservation for free once you’ve already arrived at Selina, or for any additional queries, please contact [email protected] Guests are only permitted to make one modification to their Selina CoLive bookings per month.

Once you have paid your deposit, you’ll receive an email from our Central Reservations Center with information on how to reserve your stay. You are able to benefit from a flexible living experience in no more than 3 different locations per month.

If the CoLive subscription is cancelled up to 15 days before scheduled arrival at the first location you will receive a full refund. This does not include the $100 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. Once your subscription begins you will be able to cancel your CoLive subscription up to 7 days prior to your monthly subscription renewal. You can cancel by contacting your representative at the central reservation center. Please check your booking confirmation for the exact date of the monthly subscription renewal. Cancellation will apply to the following subscription month.

No, the $100 deposit to secure your subscription spot is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your subscription up to 15 days before the first check-in date, you will receive a full refund (minus the $100 deposit).
